Installation Instructions

Step 1
Install the battens with a 40.5 cm spacing between each, measured from the center of each batten (center to center), to support the OSB.
Step 2
Install Swiss Krono Anti-Termite OSB sheets, which are 1.22 meters wide, 2.44 m. long, and 10 mm thick. Leave a 3 mm gap around the perimeter of each panel to allow for expansion and constraction of the OSB.
Step 3
Install a PVC or Galvanized Drip Edge along the entire perimeter of the OSB.
Step 4
Install a waterproof membrane across the entire roof surface, on top the Drip Edge. Starting from the roof edge.
Step 5
Install the starter row of HBBP Asphalt Shingles along the rim of OSB.
Step 6
Install the Asphalt Shingles sheets, ensuring each row is spaced appropriately along the marked guidelines.
Step 7
Install ridge caps and hip caps for the Asphalt Shingles roof.
